The stages of a program development
Development of programmes requires involvement of both the SKOLKOVO team and the management of the client’s company. The SKOLKOVO project team consists of a project manager, who supervises the program, a project moderator, and a program developer, who is responsible for the conceptual content of each module and the development of training materials.

Step 1. Diagnostics
The development of the programme starts with a question "What should be changed?". Together with the customer we define the training needs of the key employees and offer a set of modules and methods that best meet the challenges facing the company.
Step 2. Selection of participants
The programme can be implemented for employees of different levels: from top managers to young leaders
During the assessment module 40-60 participants of the programmes are selected out of 100-120 representatives of the company.
The chosen participants will proceed to the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
The participants are divided into 7-8 groups of 6-7 people for the project work.
Step 3. Composition of project work
After agreeing with the customer on the purpose of the programme, we offer a set of modules and methods that best meet the tasks facing the company.

Step 4. Implementation
At the beginning of the programme, project groups are formed. The management of the progress of work on the projects is carried out by representatives of SKOLKOVO: the project manager responsible for the outcome of the program, as well as the moderators assigned to each training group. Their task is to include all participants into the work and achieve results using proven SKOLKOVO techniques and methods. The so-called "project sponsor" who is a representative of the customer company and responsible for the direction in which the project is implemented, is also included in the project team.
At the end the results of the program’s projects are assessed by the senior management of the client’s company. The best projects are selected for implementation in work of the company.
Step 5. Analysis / Reflection
As a result of the educational programme, we always conduct a thorough analysis of the opinions and comments of the programme participants in order to understand whether the goal was achieved, and what remarks and lessons can be learned from the work done. Direct involvement of the customer of the educational project at this stage is compulsory.
Step 6. Post-programme support
After the end of the programme, our communication with top-management and employees of the company does not end. It is important for us that the projects developed in the course of the programme are implemented, and the acquired skills are applied in practice. Only in this case we consider the educational project successfully completed. The post-programme support includes both individual meetings with any interested employee of the company, and design of the next steps on the way of development of the company with its top-management.

I understand personal data as any information relevant to me as the Subject of Personal Data, including my last name, first name, address, education, occupation, contact information (phone, fax, email, postal address), photographs, and other information. I understand the processing of personal data as the collection, classification, accumulation, clarification, updating, modification, use, distribution, transmission, including cross-border, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, permanent storage, and any other actions (operations) with personal information.
The processing of personal data of the Subject of Personal Data is carried out solely for the registration of the Subject of Personal Data in the database of the School and then directing to the Subject of Personal Data mail messages and SMS notifications from the School, its affiliates and/or sub-contractors, including advertising content, information letters and newsletters, invitations to the events of the School, and other advertising and news content, as well as for the confirmation of the identity of the Subject of Personal Data when visiting the events of the School.
The date of issue of the consent to the processing of personal data by the Subject of Personal Data is the date of sending the registration form from the Website of the School.
The processing of personal data of the Subject of Personal Data can be accomplished by means of automation and/or without the use of automation in accordance with applicable laws of the Russian Federation and internal regulations of the School.
The school takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensures their application to protect the personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, providing, distribution of the personal data, as well as other illegal actions towards the personal data and commits itself to preserve the confidentiality of the personal data of the Subject of Personal Data. The school has the right to involve subcontractors in the processing of personal data of the Subject of Personal Data subjects as well as the right to transfer the personal data to its affiliates for processing, ensuring the assuming of the relevant obligations of personal data confidentiality by such subcontractors and affiliates.
I am aware that:
1) this consent to the processing of my personal data provided during registration at the Website of the School and directed (filled) with the use of the Website is valid for twenty (20) years starting from the date of the registration at the Website of the School;
2) the consent may be revoked by me on the basis of a written application in optional form;
3) the provision of personal data of third parties without their consent is punishable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
